There’s a song for everything…
First post of my first blog…a well needed cathartic activity as I continue on my journey to freedom from my hip.
After comments from others in online support groups of how they appreciate what I post, despite my challenges I’ve been through, I have decided it is now time for me to embrace all of this…it is what it is. In that process, I have begun writing again, now including this online documentation of my journey, a.k.a. blog.
6 surgeries already…life as a “hip chick” is not all it’s cracked up to be.
Walk with me, as I hobble once again on my journey towards freedom from hip pain and issues.
More to follow…
Spread the word- I don’t mind, since with this hip, all I’ve got is time…

Bren,
L hip dysplasia with mild-to-moderate cartilage damage (too late for a PAO, too early for a THR)
